Product Endurance

  • Cycle Life: After 50 charge-discharge cycles at 23°C, the cycle life should be ≥ 300 cycles without explosion, fire, or leakage.
  • Low Temperature Discharge: Discharged at -10°C ±2°C, the discharge time should not be less than 3 hours.
  • High Temperature Discharge: Discharged at 55°C ±2°C, the discharge time should not be less than 5 hours.

Mechanical Characteristics and Safety Tests

  • Vibration Test: Vibration test across XYZ axes for 30 minutes at frequencies ranging from 10Hz to 55Hz.
  • Drop Test: Dropped from a height of 1 meter twice onto a concrete surface.
  • Constant Damp Heat Test: Exposure to 40°C ±2°C and 90%-95% humidity for 48 hours.

Handling Precautions

  • Charging: Only charge within 10°C~45°C. Reverse charging is prohibited.
  • Discharging: Maximum discharge current must not be exceeded. Discharge temperature range: -10°C to 60°C.
  • Over-Discharging: Batteries should be periodically charged to 50%-70% to avoid over-discharging.

Handling & Storage

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
  • Disposal: Follow local regulations for battery disposal.

Protection Circuit (PCM)

  • Overcharge Protection: Limited charge voltage 4.15-4.25V
  • Over-Discharge Protection: Over-discharge detection voltage 2.7-2.8V
