Refund and Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:

  • If you receive an incorrect product (than what was ordered), you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.
  • The incorrect product must be reported at the time of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. Process for Refund/Replacement:

  • Please notify us immediately upon receiving an incorrect product.
  • You will be required to provide photos of the product received and any other relevant details.
  • Once the claim is validated, the incorrect product will be picked up and Bykea.Store shall initiate the refund or replacement process.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the product is returned.

3. Warranty and Product Issues:

  • We only sell genuine products. For any issues related to the product's performance or defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the brand directly.
  • Our customer support can guide you on how to reach the concerned brand for warranty claims but will not be responsible for the warranty process itself.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that are not reported as incorrect within the specified time frame.

5. Installment Purchases:

  • If a product purchased on installments is returned for a refund, the remaining installments will be canceled. Any payments already made will be refunded as per the above policy.
  • In case of a replacement, the installment plan will continue as originally agreed upon.

6. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled but can be returned if it meets the criteria mentioned above. If the customer still opts to cancel they will be charged the for services provided such as Verification visit/ Delivery.

7. Exceptions:

  • The refund or replacement policy does not cover products that have been customized or modified based on customer requests.
